Request deletion of your Kallinzo account
This page is for the Kallinzo shopping and delivery app operated by KALLINZO PRIVATE LIMITED, Patna, Bihar.
In the app
- Sign in to the account you want deleted.
- Open You and select REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION.
- Confirm the request. The app will show Request received.
Without access to the app
Email us from the address linked to your Kallinzo account. Use the subject Kallinzo account deletion request and ask us to delete your account. If you no longer control that email address, tell us so we can verify account ownership by another suitable method. Do not send a password or one-time code.
If the email button does not open your mail app, write to info@kallinzo.com.
What happens to your data?
We review the request, verify account ownership, and remove the account and associated personal data. We may need to retain limited order, payment, tax, or dispute records where required for legal or operational reasons. We will explain any retained records when processing your request. An active order may need to be completed or resolved first.
Submitting a request does not instantly delete your account. We will process it and respond using your registered email where available.
